Hello, I'm Kristin

Welcome, I’m so
Glad You're Here!

Just like you, I have a full and many faceted life. I'm a mom to an 18 year old son, a supportive and well-loved partner, a pet mom to Motor who is a blind siamese, Gertrude the dog who is a mutt, and Puffy the cat who is a quite demanding Large Boy. I was raised on basketball and am a Pacers fan to this day. Please don't talk to me about the 2025 Finals run - my devastation lives on and my spirit has not healed from seeing it 75 times, in slow motion, live on the jumbotron at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

I also don't want to talk about the 2026 season. Maybe 2027- we shall see.I spend my free time with my people and pets, learning, writing, reading as many books as I can, and traveling as often as I can. I'm a big fan of staying home, though, too.

OUT OF THE NIGHT THAT COVERS ME, BLACK AS THE PIT FROM POLE TO POLE, I THANK WHATEVER GODS MAY BE FOR MY UNCONQUERABLE SOUL. IN THE FELL CLUTCH OF CIRCUMSTANCE I HAVE NOT WINCED NOR CRIED ALOUD. UNDER THE BLUDGEONINGS OF CHANCE MY HEAD IS BLOODY, BUT UNBOWED. BEYOND THIS PLACE OF WRATH AND TEARS LOOMS BUT THE HORROR OF THE SHADE, AND YET THE MENACE OF THE YEARS FINDS, AND SHALL FIND ME, UNAFRAID. IT MATTERS NOT HOW STRAIT THE GATE, HOW CHARGED WITH PUNISHMENTS THE SCROLL, I AM THE MASTER OF MY FATE: I AM THE CAPTAIN OF MY SOUL. | invictus, WILLIAM ERNEST HENLEY

MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Kristin!

I have spent 20 years managing and leading across industries. In that time I got used to watching brilliant leaders operate in ways that were working against them, carrying more than they should, moving fast without enough clarity, and making it work through sheer force of will.

I saw this more in women than anyone else. And I say that not as a criticism, but because I lived it too.

The data reflects this observation and experience. 59% of women business owners acknowledge having to exert more effort than their male counterparts to achieve the same level of success. And yet women are now responsible for 49% of all new businesses, a 69% increase since 2019. We are building. We are leading. We are doing it while navigating systems that were not designed with us in mind and holding standards for how we treat people that most leadership frameworks do not account for. That tension is real, and it is exactly where I come in.

Women tend to build relationally. We create cultures worth working in and we care about our people in ways that show up in how we lead, how we make decisions, and how we hold ourselves accountable. That is not a liability.

It is one of the most powerful things about the way we lead. But it can also mean we trust our teams to figure things out without giving them the structure to do it, or that we move quickly on instinct without building the systems that would make that instinct scalable. We absorb what our organizations cannot carry and somewhere along the way we start calling it leadership.

I founded BloomLogic because I believed there was a better way. Not a way that asks women to lead more like men, but a way that honors how we actually think, build, and operate and gives it the strategic and structural foundation it deserves.

Infrastructure is compassion. Transparency is respect. Clarity is kindness. Through The Foundation and The Intensive, we surface and curate these. Through The Alliance, we foster them so that they become habit, a culture that can withstand pressure with poise.

BloomLogic is for everyone. But I built it with women in mind, and I make no apology for that.

Outside of my work with clients, you can find me in my community, at local shows, reading, and spending time with my pets, friends, and family.

I'm genuinely looking forward to connecting and learning more about you!

In case I ever get famous enough to be the subject of trivia questions
